Which stage should we start with?
It depends on what you already know about your portfolio. After a short call we propose a scope and a starting stage. Many offices begin with Portfolio Clarity, which builds a verified register of what they hold.
Do I need to share confidential invention details?
No. Please keep unpublished or confidential invention details out of a first enquiry. Published patent numbers are enough to begin a conversation.
Where do you work?
We work with research institutions in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and with research universities in the United States. Our regional advisory covers UPC strategy and renewals in Europe, and outsourced technology transfer, foreign-filing review and office build-out in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
Do you provide legal advice?
We are an advisory firm, not a law firm. Where a decision needs a legal opinion, such as a UPC opt-out, we recommend confirming it with a qualified patent attorney.
