Please keep invention details out

Please do not include confidential or unpublished invention details in a first enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a normal record of our business contacts. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our email system and is seen only by Pathfinder IP. Our website and email are provided by third-party hosting and email services, which handle the data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold, and to object to their use. Write to hello@pathfinderip.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
